State to receive $23M bonus from feds for making Medicaid accessible for children

Wisconsin is getting a $23.3 million bonus for making Medicaid accessible for children, the federal government said Wednesday. It's the third such federal bonus for the state in three years. Medical building boom and high CEO pay could be bumping Madison insurance rates

Walker: Need to examine state services for mental health

BadgerCare enrollment fell by nearly 3,470 in November

Nonprofit health systems ducking Medicaid issue
