DHS eligibility software won't be ready until November

Last week, the Department of Health Services started sending out notices to 92.000 individuals who are losing their BadgerCare Plus coverage next year. However, some of these people will, in the end, be eligible to remain in the program. While others told they can stay may have to look for coverage on the state's federally-facilitated health insurance exchange. (WHN, 9/30)
