Insurers voice opposition to chiropractor bill

Legislation requiring that chiropractors are paid and treated like primary care doctors received resistance from insurers during a public hearing Thursday, who argued the bill would drive up costs and add unnecessary government regulations. The Office of the Commissioner of Insurance is also unsure it'd be able to enforce the legislation. (WHN, 2/1)
