Prevea Holmgren Way Health Center now open in Ashwaubenon

Green Bay, Wis.  – Prevea Health is pleased to announce its newest location, Prevea Holmgren Way Health Center, 2461 Holmgren Way in Ashwaubenon, opened on Feb. 1, 2016.

“Our new health center offers a variety of high-quality plastic surgery, rejuvenation and eye care health services to help people feel and look their very best without having to travel far from home,” said Dr. Ashok Rai, President and CEO at Prevea Health. “Prevea Holmgren Way Health Center is now Prevea’s third health center located in the village of Ashwaubenon, in addition to the Prevea Health headquarters building located on Executive Drive. We are truly honored to be a part of this growing community.”

At Prevea Holmgren Way Health Center, Prevea Rejuvenate offers adult and pediatric plastic and reconstructive surgery services provided by Dr. Michael Janitch and Dr. Tina Sauerhammer; aesthetic services are also provided by Lori Buss. The new health center also serves as the hub for some of Prevea’s newest, specialty health care offerings including functional medicine and a medically-supervised weight loss program called, Ideal Weigh, provided by Dr. Kristen Lindgren. Prevea Rujevenate patients can be seenMonday through Friday and call (920) 431-1880 to make an appointment.

Prevea Vision services are also provided inside Prevea Holmgren Way Health Center by Dr. Jessica Isenhart. Dr. Isenhart offers pediatric and adult vision care which includes comprehensive eye exams, diagnosis and treatment of dry eye, cataract evaluations, diagnosis and treatment of glaucoma, and contact lens fitting. Patients can also shop for frames at Prevea Holmgren Way Health Center, which features an optical center with a variety of frame brands and styles. Prevea Vision patients can be seen Monday throughFriday and call (920) 405-1457 to make an appointment.

Spanning the corner of Holmgren and Pilgrim Way across from the Bay Park Square Mall, Prevea Holmgren Way Health Center offers approximately 14,000-square-feet of space. “It’s a very aesthetically-pleasing, calming environment for our patients and providers,” said Dr. Rai.
