Brookfield healthcare software company Connecture plans IPO

Guy Boulton of the Journal Sentinel reports: "Connecture Inc., a Brookfield software company that designs online marketplaces where people can shop for health plans, plans to go public. The company, which employed 429 people companywide as of July 31, filed a registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission late Monday for a proposed initial public stock offering."
