Graphic: Wisconsin slips in ranking for uninsured children rate

In 2013, Wisconsin was ranked 14th in the nation for having the lowest rate of uninsured children, a slip from 2011 when it held 11th place, according to a recent Georgetown University report. (WHN, 11/23)
