Insurer companies offering special enrollment period for same sex couples
Most Wisconsin insurers are joining the Department of Employee Trust Funds and offering a special enrollment period for same-sex couples who married in Wisconsin or other states earlier this year and have missed the 30-day window usually applied to "life-changing" events. (WHN 10/28)
