Medical Society president stresses need to work together

Doctors must do more to address an impending primary care shortage likely to be exacerbated as the number of elders needing treatment increases, according to recently inducted Wisconsin Medical Society President Dr. Richard Dart. Dart also stressed the need for better collaboration between doctors, nurses, pharmacists and healthcare professionals, especially among patients with chronic diseases, during an interview this week with Wisconsin Health News.
