More efficient health care generates savings:
Guy Boulton of the Journal Sentinel reports: "The accountable care organization set up by Independent Physicians Network and Collaborative Health Systems generated $17.7 million in savings from April 2012 through December 2013. Only 10 accountable care organizations in the country did better." (JOURNAL SENTINEL, 10/20)
