Report: Independent pharmacists warned Tomah VA about prescription practices
An independent pharmacy consultant warned the Tomah Veterans Affairs Medical Center in 2013 that its painkiller prescribing practices could cost the facility its controlled substances license from the Drug Enforcement Administration, according to a report released last week. (WHN, 6/29)
