Report: One-third of those who lost Medicaid coverage picked exchange plan

Less than one-third of the 62,776 enrollees who lost their Medicaid coverage as a result of Gov. Scott Walker's Medicaid reform plan selected a plan on the state's federally facilitated health insurance exchange, according to numbers released Wednesday by Walker's administration. The Department of Health Services also said 97,509 childless adults below the poverty line signed up for coverage through BadgerCare Plus as of June 30. (WHN, 7/16)
