Summit plugs local food
The fifth annual Wisconsin Local Food Summit on Thursday and Friday at the Osthoff Resort in Elkhart Lake is expected to bring together a diverse group of about 150 people, including public health officials, who share a common interest in expanding the local food system and increasing access to healthful food grown close to home.
