HSA bill passes out of committees along party lines

A bill creating a tax credit for health savings accounts passed out of Assembly and Senate committees Thursday without a single Democrat vote. While several key pieces of Governor Scott Walker’s special session agenda have garnered bipartisan support, Democrats argue the HSA bill’s price tag is too costly for the current economic situation.
