Gov. Walker says cities could raise health insurance premiums to offset cuts

Walker told reporters prior to taking a tour of the Division Street foundry that cities could have their employees pay “13,14,15 or 20 percent of their health insurance premiums and still be well below most people in the private sector. (MANITIWOC HERALD TIMES, 4/8)
