Carpenter: Reduce SeniorCare age to 62

Senator Tim Carpenter, D-Milwaukee, wants to see the minimum age for SeniorCare reduced from 65 to 62. He’s sent a letter to Governor Scott Walker asking for his help, and plans to introduce legislation next year. (WHN, 9/26)
