Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker: His Medicaid plan will work

The Milwaukee Business Journal's Rich Kirchen reports: "Walker, in an interview with The Business Journal Aug. 28, continued to tout his plan, saying it would result in fewer uninsured people in Wisconsin and ease the financial pressure on hospitals, which receive less reimbursement for Medicaid patients than from patients covered by private insurance.
