Walker signs medical marijuana extract, formulary bills
Gov. Scott Walker signed legislation Wednesday allowing doctors to administer a non-psychoactive cannabis component called cannabidiol, or CBD oil extract, to children suffering from seizure disorders, calling it "a good bill." (WHN, 4/17)
