Study: sedentary behaviors may negate benefits of exercise

A study conducted by cardiologists at the Medical College of Wisconsin and the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center revealed sitting for several hours along with other inactive behavior may lower cardiorespiratory fitness, and even cancel out the advantages of exercise. (WHN, 7/15)
