Milwaukee VA Medical Center director optimistic about system's future
Guy Boulton of the Journal Sentinel reports: "Beller, who has a master's in public administration with an emphasis on health care management from Golden Gate University, talked about the VA and the recent scandal last month before Congress reached an agreement to increase spending for medical care, the hiring of new doctors, nurses and specialists, and other projects at the VA."
