Froedtert, Ministry close Network deal
Froedtert Health and Ministry Health Care have completed a previously announced transaction to co-own Network Health. They plan to offer fully insured and self-funded plans to large employers in southeastern Wisconsin by spring 2015 with Integrated Health Network as the provider organization for the new members.
