Committee green lights bill having DOR collect debts owed to private ambulance services
An Assembly committee approved a bill Tuesday allowing counties and municipalities to request that the state's Department of Revenue, which is opposed to the legislation, collect private ambulance service debts from debtor's income tax refunds. (WHN, 4/22)
