Committee scheduled to vote on fetal tissue bill, amendment Wednesday

The authors behind a bill that would ban experimenting with fetal tissue obtained through abortions have proposed an amendment protecting cell lines that were in existence before the beginning of 2015. (WHN, 9/8)
