Study: Federal health reform law increased colonoscopies for men in Medicare

A provision in the federal health reform that led to lower out-of-pocket costs increased colonoscopy rates among men in Medicare, but didn't have the same impact on women, according to a study co-authored by a University of Wisconsin-La Crosse professor. (WHN, 1/26)
