Aurora and Anthem form new insurance company
Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield in Wisconsin and Aurora HealthCare are taking their partnership to the next level with a joint venture health insurance company called Wisconsin Collaborative Insurance Company. Each organization will have a 50 percent stake in the plan, which will initially focus on medium and large employers. (WHN, 4/20)
