On Dec. 12, Wisconsin Well Woman Director Gale Johnson sent a letter to more than 1,000 providers announcing the Department of Health Services was terminating their contracts June 30 and rebuilding its network with "health systems and key organizations that reach large populations." (WHN, 2/28)
