Walker: Lawmakers going in ‘wrong direction’ if they reject self-insurance
Gov. Scott Walker warned legislators Tuesday that they're headed in the "wrong direction," after a co-chair of the Legislature's budget-writing committee said she expects the committee to reject contracts to self-insure the state employee health plan.
