Enforcing the Affordable Care Act's individual mandate and working with Congress to fund cost-sharing reductions could help shore up the individual market, wrote Wisconsin Hospital Association CEO Eric Borgerding in a Wednesday letter to Health and Human Services Secretary Tom Price and Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services Administrator Seema Verma.
