Heifetz: ‘Don’t read too much’ into Family Care Partnership veto

Gov. Scott Walker’s veto of a plan to expand a Medicaid program had more to do with the challenges behind doing so than a dismissal of the idea, a top health department official told Wisconsin Health News last week.
