Johnson gets commitment from FDA on ‘right to try’ implementation

Sen. Ron Johnson, R-Wis., said Wednesday that he’s received a commitment from the head of the Food and Drug Administration that the agency will implement the “right to try” law he authored in a “way that maximizes access consistent with its intent.”
