Report: Wisconsin cities face billions in liabilities for retiree healthcare benefits
Wisconsin’s 25 largest cities faced $2.25 billion in unfunded liabilities for their employees’ post-employment benefits at the end of 2016, with most of it related to retirees' healthcare costs, according to a Monday report from the Wisconsin Policy Forum.
