Wisconsinites spend nearly 11 percent of income on healthcare

Insurance premiums and deductibles eat up 10.9 percent of annual income, on average, for Wisconsin residents, according to a new report from the Commonwealth Fund. But Wisconsinites spend less than the rest of the country, which averages 12 percent.
