Evers will push Medicaid expansion as Republicans continue to oppose it

Gov. Tony Evers said Tuesday he plans to pursue Medicaid expansion by appealing to rural Wisconsinites, healthcare workers and their elected officials, even though Republican leaders said they won’t back the proposal.
