Hospitals call for increasing rates through Medicaid expansion or other sources

Wisconsin hospitals are asking state lawmakers to increase their Medicaid rates, saying that money is available even if the state doesn’t take more federal dollars to expand the healthcare program for low-income Wisconsinites.
