DHS cautiously projects that Medicaid will end biennium with surplus

The Department of Health Services is projecting that the Medicaid budget will finish the biennium with a surplus, cautioning in a Monday report that the estimate relies on "many assumptions" and is subject to "multiple uncertainties."
