DHS: 728 more COVID-19 cases, 12 additional deaths

The Department of Health Services reported an additional 728 confirmed COVID-19 cases on Tuesday, bringing the total in the state to 56,056.

There were 12 additional deaths reported, for a total of 961.

There were 18,138 additional test results reported, with a 4 percent positive rate.

The average daily cases confirmed over the past week is 839.

As of Tuesday afternoon, there were 327 total COVID-19 patients, a one-day decline of 18. There were 110 in intensive care units, a decrease of 10 from Monday.

There were 1,031 medical-surgical beds immediately available and 294 ICU beds.
