Gallagher: COVID-19 relief prospects growing ‘dimmer’

U.S. Rep. Mike Gallagher, R-Green Bay, said Thursday that the prospect for more federal COVID-19 relief is getting “dimmer and dimmer,” noting that a package is less likely as the nation approaches the November elections.
