Wisconsin saves $120 million of federal COVID-19 money for ’emerging needs’

Around $120 million of around $2 billion provided to the state by the federal government to fight COVID-19 hasn’t been allocated and will help ensure Wisconsin has the flexibility to respond to “emerging needs,” Gov. Tony Evers’ administration said Tuesday.
