The seven-day average is 3,509 daily new cases and 47 daily new deaths. A week ago, the seven-day average was 3,871 daily new cases and 61 daily deaths.
As of Sunday, the seven-day average positivity rate by person was 27.8 percent, down from 30.6 percent a week ago. By test, the rate was 10.6 percent, down from 12.8 percent a week ago.
Six patients were at the surge facility in West Allis on Monday morning.
The Wisconsin Hospital Association reported 1,471 total COVID-19 patients in Wisconsin hospitals, up 46 from Sunday and down 95 from last week.
There were 319 COVID-19 patients in intensive care units, up one from Sunday and down seven from last week.
