More than 20 percent of state fully vaccinated against COVID-19, but cases on the rise

Wisconsin vaccinators have administered more than 3 million doses of the COVID-19 vaccine, with more than one-fifth of the Wisconsinites now fully vaccinated against the virus as the state opens eligibility for the shots to those 16 and older.
