Biden administration credits ACA for cutting Wisconsin’s uninsured rate

The Affordable Care Act helped reduce Wisconsin’s uninsured rate, and an estimated 31,000 uninsured adults could become newly eligible for Medicaid if the state were to expand the program, President Joe Biden’s administration said in a Monday release.
