Wisconsin likely to hit 70 percent of adults with COVID-19 vaccine dose after July 4

Wisconsin won’t have 70 percent of its adult population inoculated with a COVID-19 vaccine by July 4, the date that President Joe Biden set as a goal for the nation to hit that threshold, a top state health official predicted Tuesday.
