Kaul backs Baldwin’s plan to expand Medicaid
Attorney General Josh Kaul said Friday that he supports a plan by Sen. Tammy Baldwin, D-Wis., to provide federally administered healthcare coverage for people in states like Wisconsin that haven’t expanded Medicaid through the Affordable Care Act.
