Long-term care providers await approval of Moderna booster shots
The recommendation of a Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 booster shot for residents at long-term care facilities won’t affect many in Wisconsin, given the state opted to use Moderna for a federal program charged with giving the initial two-dose series in nursing homes and assisted living facilities.
