Insurers raise concerns about bills on breast screenings, prompt pay discounts 

Insurers oppose legislation that would require health plans to cover essential breast screenings beyond mammography for certain patients and cap out-of-pocket costs. They're also asking for changes to another plan clarifying that healthcare providers can offer discounts to consumers for prompt payment.
