Medicare penalizes more hospitals for readmissions, but majority see less or no penalties 

Medicare will penalize more Wisconsin hospitals than it did last year for excessive patient readmissions, but a majority in the readmissions reduction program will see either a decrease in penalties or no penalty at all.
