Rogers Behavioral Health has tapped Dr. John Boyd, a psychologist and CEO of its hospital division, as its next leader, per a Thursday statement.
In October, Boyd will take the reins from current CEO Pat Hammer, who will stay at the mental health provider until May to help with the transition.
Boyd joined Rogers in January from California-based Sutter Health where he held a series of roles, including CEO of mental health and addiction care services.
Hammer has guided Rogers’ growth into a national provider that will offer services in 10 states once its Denver outpatient clinic opens this fall.
