Kaul replaces GOP leaders with county district attorneys in abortion law challenge
Attorney General Josh Kaul last week replaced top Republican lawmakers with county district attorneys as the defendants in a challenge to the state's 173-year-old law making it a felony to provide an abortion except to save the life of a pregnant person.
