(Oconomowoc, Wis.) Calvin Schmidt, senior vice president, integrated customer operations, for Northwestern Mutual, Milwaukee, WI, was appointed chairman of the 15-member Rogers Behavioral Health System board recently at the board’s annual meeting.
Joining Schmidt as new board officers are:
· Mark Mohr, president and CEO of First Bank Financial Centre, Oconomowoc, as vice chair;
· Mary Panzer, Panzer Public Affairs Consulting, LLC, Madison, as board secretary; and,
· Nicholas Bauer, CFA, Henderson Global Investors, Milwaukee, as board treasurer.
New board members include:
· Gina Markson Magnus, DVM, Oconomowoc;
· Maureen Stapleton, Stapleton Realty, Oconomowoc; and,
· Martin Borell, Tampa, Fla.
Seven board members have retired from the board due to term limit expiration. Retired board members include Garry Anderson, retiring after 21 years on the board and outgoing chair; John Curran, AIA; Roger Jensen; Gary Jorgensen; Vineet Kulkarni, MD, William Mulligan, and Andrew Sawyer Jr.

Rogers Behavioral Health represents a system with six locations across Wisconsin and three regional centers in Illinois, Florida and Tennessee.
