Reinhart’s Nicole Dermer named to Milwaukee Business Journal’s ’40 Under 40′

MILWAUKEE Reinhart Boerner Van Deuren s.c. (Reinhart) attorney Nicole S. Dermer has been named to theMilwaukee Business Journal’s “40 under 40” List​. The annual award honors forty Milwaukee-area individuals under the age of forty who are making a difference in their professions and communities. Dermer and the other recipients will be honored at dinner and reception on February 22 at the Pfister Hotel.

Dermer is an attorney in Reinhart’s Health Care Practice where she provides regulatory, transactional, and compliance-related counsel to health care organizations such as hospitals, health systems, physician groups, and other health care providers. She has significant experience with HIPAA compliance, governance, medical staff issues, compliance programs, tax-exempt regulations and physician contracting. Nicole also advises health care clients on fraud and abuse laws, including the Stark Law, the anti-kickback statute and the False Claims Act, and works with health care providers to resolve fraud and abuse issues arising out of physician relationships.
