New Members give Network Health services a 90% overall satisfaction rating.
MENASHA, WI (May 20, 2016) – Network Health, the Wisconsin-based health insurance company, releases the results of its 2016 New Member Survey.
Over 380 Network Health members that joined the health plan within the past year were surveyed. Results show that 90 percent of respondents are satisfied with their Network Health experience. 89 percent of respondents would recommend Network Health to a friend or family member.
“Network Health has long been known in the Fox Valley as the health plan that treats members like neighbors instead of customers,” said Michael Muchnicki, Network Health Interim President and CEO. “Last year we expanded our service area into five counties in southeastern Wisconsin. I’m pleased to see our new members in those counties are appreciating the same quality coverage and friendly, efficient customer service that our long-term members have for over 30 years.”
Survey results also show that 93 percent of new members feel information about their insurance plan was clearly communicated to them, with 91 percent of new members clearly understanding their benefits and coverage. In 2012, Network Health pledged to end the use of confusing insurance jargon. When members contact Network Health, they speak with a live, local person who uses terms that are clear and understandable.
